Females in Ed-Tech (FiET) Internship Program
A female-focused Internship program with the objective to develop tech skills required to run a successful Ed-Tech Business
We have observed a current scarcity of Tech skills amongst females, required to run and operate Ed- Tech companies like The Good Hair Tribe.
These tech skills are becoming more in high demand, and they need to be honed and developed amongst young females, because these skills are what will be required to run the jobs in these changing times. This is why we are committed to helping young, focused and hardworking females develop these skills with our Internship program, so they armed with what it takes to embark on their career development.
The Good Hair Tribe “Females in Ed-Tech” Internship program is an opportunity for females to sharpen all the skills to work and grow in the Ed-Tech industry
To be eligible for the FiET Internship Program, you must be...
- Female
- Interested in developing and honing tech skills
- Able to speak and communicate in English Fluently
- Have minimum of High School / Diploma / College / University degree.
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent writing skills
- Have a Personal Computer / Laptop and Internet to carry out your Internship Duties
How does the FiET Internship work?
You will be required to dedicate a minimum of 15 work week hours of your time (i.e. 3 hours daily) to work in the real life work environment of The Good Hair Tribe, and develop skills in the below-listed areas
- Database Management
- Email Marketing
- Email Automations and Customer Journey
- Sales Conversion Copies
- Digital Campaign Project Management

- Learning Management (Courses, Quizzes, Teaching Materials, etc)

The Good Hair Tribe is a Tech-driven Hair Care Literacy and Coaching company, with a mission to plug the Hair Care Literacy gap worldwide, using tech solutions. We curate solutions for Individuals and Corporate organizations with Memberships, Courses, Curriculums, Stylist Trainings, Staff Trainings, etc.

The FiET Internship Program is for six months, after which you can decide to proceed with the Internship for another cycle of three months.
Yes. You can intern from any part of the word
You can decide to carry on with the Internship for another cycle of three months or end the Internship. You will also receive your Reference and Attestation Letters after your Internship Program is complete
We are currently taking a maximum of Five Interns per cycle. If you don’t get picked in this cycle, you can always get called in the next cycle
You are required to have excellent reading and writing skills, basic tech skills, like operating computer, using Microsoft office tools, and knowledge of Social Media
Your progress will be tracked from your weekly Internship Report, which you are required to submit on a weekly basis
